NASA to make public live space station camera

Ever wonder what they are doing in the international space station? Speculate no more, starting today.

NASA will build a live online feed from in the space station.

As previous year, the station has been beaming down video from outside the station. But now, in work hours, NASA says you will get to see the crew performing their tasks, and you can also even hear their interactions with mission control.

"They are doing a lot of really interesting scientific research work. And they are completing the assembly of the space station right now. And we just feel it is a great opportunity to give folks insight into what is going on up there and how their tax dollars are being used," said agency spokeswoman Kelly Humphries.

Things might be pretty quiet for the next few days, but the activity have to pick up as we approach the weekend. Space shuttle Endeavour is scheduled to launch in the early hours Sunday, bringing a new module also several crewmembers to the orbiting outpost.
